- Introductory Call: The initial consultation call is free of charge.
- Proposal and Agreement: Any work conducted by Wavebreaker Productions will be subject to a proposal signed by both Wavebreaker Productions and the Client. The proposal will outline the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
- Payment Terms:
a. A 50% deposit is required before any studio time is booked.
b. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of edited episodes, prior to distribution.
c. Invoices are issued with 7-day net payment terms.
- Payment Method: Payments must be made via bank transfer only, with remittance sent to Wavebreaker Productions.
- Cancellation Policy: If the Client cancels the project after the proposal has been signed, the 50% deposit will be non-refundable.
- Intellectual Property: Wavebreaker Productions retains ownership of all intellectual property rights until full payment has been received.
- Confidentiality: Wavebreaker Productions will maintain confidentiality of all Client information and podcast content.
- Limitation of Liability: Wavebreaker Productions' liability for damages will be limited to the total value of the project.
- Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Wavebreaker Productions and the Client, superseding all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements.
By signing a submitted proposal, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
